17 Crusader House

We loved the location, couldn't be better for a city center break. The beds were clean and comfortable and the rooms were bright and airy. Two comfy sofas meant we could chill out after a busy day in the city.

Be aware that there are a lot stairs. Once out of the lift a long corridor leads to 3 other stair cases, 1 down and 2 up. It does make the place feel very secure and out of the way but make sure you are physically able to deal with them. When we first arrived we really needed to use the washing machine as we had been travelling but the door wouldn't open and we believe it was broken. I messaged Brett but no response, in fact I didn't get any responses from any of my messages. This was really disappointing, especially as he kept messaging to tell me when to leave and to let him know when we had vacated. The lack of response or care for customers really let's the place down.

Separate bedrooms, kitchen and lots of space. But of all location

Great location and very pleasant apartment

The flights of stairs from the lift to the apartment. Although there is a basic kitchen, no coffee or tea making facilities. There is a clothes washing machine, some basic user instructions would be helpful. Extra blankets for the bed.

Central but quiet and private. Characterful and clean. Excellent communication with host.

Unexpected stairs after lift - it made the apartment feel private and quirky but could be a problem if you had mobility problems.

Very clean, comfortable apartment! Had issues with door code, staff answered the phone immediately and solved the issue in less than 5 minutes :)

Accessible by lift, but then 6 steps down, followed by 2 flights of stairs up. I am a wheelchair user .... not good!!! Wish it was clearer on property description.

Very tired. TV didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t work. Access/communal areas not great. Smelt a bit ‘drainy’
