The window in living area was open on arrival and we couldn't close it. Luckily it was a mild night.

Easy access to town centre restaurants and bars

The flat was so basic and not very clean.The fridge was grubby and seal didn't work properly. Dishwasher out of order. Shower was OK but bath impossible to use due to shower screen ...nowhere to put soap or shampoo.The windows didn't close properly, there was a smell in the flat which was very unpleasant. The noise from clubs Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights made it impossible to sleep until after 2pm. And lastly, the building itself was filthy, especially the staircase. It's the worst booking.com property I have ever stayed in.

The location was perfect for us - we had tickets to the theatre which was just a 5 minute walk away. We booked an Italian restaurant for dinner and that too was just a few minutes away. Apart from the beds and the bathroom we didn't use any other facilities - hence my response to the value for money - we just needed somewhere to sleep

There was a lift in the building which took us to the third floor and then we had to go down some stairs and then up two flights of stairs to reach our room - didn't expect that

Great location & had everything we needed. Owner was contactable when we arrived a bit early.

There was a strange smell in the kitchen/lounge but wasn't too bad.

Crusader House in Bristol was a fantastic stay - the apartment was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the booking process was seamless!

Good location, really cool apartment.

Could do with a deep clean in the bathroom especially and a touch up of all the paintwork. Felt quite hollow and unloved. Not very homely. Would rather see a property like this being returned to actual housing. Would make a great flat for people to live in over shoddy one night cheap stays.
