The Coach House, Clifton and Parking - Hopewell

Fantastic location to explore the city. The space was good but looked and felt tired and in need of redecoration

The apartment was dirty and in need of a good clean. Bathroom had black mould around the shower. No adequate heating in the bathroom. The floor and surfaces covered in dust, the whole place looked as if not cleaned for many weeks. Dirty waste bin in kitchen, door mats and floor in main living area had not been cleaned and mopped before arrival.

Lovely little property that was perfectly located for the Nuffield hospital where I had an operation. My husband & I stayed there the first night as I had to be in hospital for 7am then my Husband stayed the second night whilst I was in hospital ready to pick me up the next day. It had everything you could need & we would stay again.

There was a car parked in our allocated parking space which was extremely inconvenient for us, there was space for us to park inside the gates but I hate things not being correct. Fortunately the car left the next morning so my husband could move our car there.

The fridge is faulty The drain is blocked so it freezes up and initially we were unable to close the fridge door We defrosted be fridge Its not new problem Plenty of evidence of other guests trying to remove the ice.The cutlery was really tinny .The food waste bucket was not empty when we arrived No biodegradable bags to use in it .Only 2 chairs meant we could not eat at the table with our guests.Thats a bit mean.My husband needed to mend the shower door before we could use the shower

The lack of bedding for someone to sleep on the settee.

Excellent location, quite place yet very near to the amenities. Easy to move around even without a car. Bus stop just minute away and has bus running across the city Our Fog to the gate has an issue and it's been resolve almost instantly in less than an hour Good communication between us to Hopewell and Hopewell to landlord

The laundry machine can be better maintained, we need to pre-wash the washer before we can use as there's debris in our laundry after the first wash

Location was great, especially with parking

There is not much space to get into bed, the stairs up to the bed mezzanine are very steep. There was a very chemical smell in the flat and when reported they said they’d tell the cleaner. Given the threats of £100 fine if there is even a whiff of smoking in the flat the response was somewhat disappointing

Great location for Clifton and getting into town. Does have a car park of the street and gate. Nice shower and big Tv and well equipped Kitchen.

Just needs a bit more decoration and cleaning under the settee, cushions look old and pillows on bed hard. The pot plant outside could do with a nice plant and be good to have a sensor light for nighttime opening yr door. With the heatwave need to have a fan so hot. Cupboards have musty smell need to be aired. pretty noisy with neighbors partying.
