The fact they leave the heating on for us to keep the house warm. The shower was great downstairs.

The beds where very uncomfortable and could do with paint to freshen the place up. Cleaning not up to my standard but as we where at the football match it was somewhere to put our head down.

Location was good for our intended purposes and the host turned the heating on before our arrival

There is an offensive smell as soon as you walk into the door and we later realised it was coming from the downstairs shower room. There was also nowhere to put clothes in two of the bedrooms and there was no iron or ironing board.

Property was dirty and disgusting. I have been booking places off your site now for sometime but this was just the worst I have ever stayed in cages on windows windows filter cooking equipment filter not been washed grill filter not been washed stains on ceilings the living room was in the kitchen one couch in a three bedroom house never again

Like I just said really ruined our holiday big big letdown we was never in the place

We booked the property and went to meet the agent at 4pm as she suggested the time but when it came to check in time the agent told us it wasn't available even though she spoke to me prior and didn't mention this. She told me to meet her at an alternative accommodation. I wasn't happy with this as this is not what I paid for but had no choice but to accept as I couldn't find anything last minute within my budget. When I turned up to the new property she was still cleaning it. I had a brief look around and took the keys. When I returned at night, the house started to sewage when the toilet was flushed, the smell was so bad I left the property at 1am with my 2 young kids. The bedding wasn't changed and the place wasn't cleaned properly. Very bad experience overall.

Beds was uncomfortable in all rooms. Very little seating.

Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. beds were very comfy.

There were items left in fridge and I am not sure why? It would be better if there was a more cohesive way to get key for property and it's return.

The decor was spotless and host was kind and helpful.
