Close to city centre

Street was very run down with literally bins everywhere

Very clean and well equipped

Very close to the train track although the noise was not too bad

Just like in the pictures - clean, nicely finished, simple, and plenty of space for our group. The dealt with Claire, who was responsive, thoughtful, and courteous. Digital parking permit was super useful.

Rubbish on the street outside :(

Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed. Easily walkable from city centre.

Shower was quite poor

Not being too far from the town was good. The bed linen was comfortable.

Neither of the beds were comfortable, rather hard. The freezer was broken and full of ice. Not very hygienic. The paintwork on the wall could do with an upgrade. The location itself was dirty and not pleasant. It's a student area so not very clean and the other guests were so loud, banging doors and generally impacting our rest.

Very convenient for Cardiff City Centre. Really good communication from the Owner. Would use Switchback Stays again.

Location and parking

Size, bathroom, cleanliness and none of the heater working !!!!
