Richmond Apartments by Switchback Stays

Easy walk to shops. 15 min walk to town centre. Comfortable bed. Clean.

Limited cooking utensils. Minimalist furnishings. Parking spots a bit difficult to find.

The carpets were nice Nice compact Heated nicely .all you need to enjoy stay.

Very minor- The picture decoration was not my taste. But that's subjective. Shower was difficult to regulate heat. 3rd floor be prepared for some steps. I expected so was not disappointed.

It was very hot but adjusted the heating and it was better.

Second time we have stayed here for long stays, feels like a second home. Nicely finished, good furniture and fully equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with decent shower (many places fall short and install a cheap, poor-output electrical shower), lovely and peaceful private lawned garden (flat 1), well insulated and a on a quiet street very close to the city centre. Had a query which received a very quick response, so great customer service. Even received a mid-stay visit from the cleaner to change bedsheets and towels, something never received anywhere else we’ve stayed so far.

Nothing to not like. The only suggestion I would offer would be to get a mirror in the bathroom; there are mirrors in the two bedrooms but one in the bathroom would help greatly

Convenient to the City Centre. Clean and tidy.

Would have liked a hand rail or banister on the stairs. We were not able to raise the shower head up, which was a bit inconvenient.
