I arrived at 15:20, but the host took a very long time to respond to my questions about how to access the apartment. As a result, I was not able to enter the property until 20:10 because there were no keys available. I repeatedly asked the host if the issue could be resolved faster, but the replies were very delayed. Later, I requested a late check-out to compensate for the fact that I couldn’t check in at the scheduled time, but unfortunately my request was denied.
