The fact that it was hard all the procedures to enter. It should be easier to pay the tax together with the first booking. The keys were not in the vase and there weren’t the key of the external fence, we had to ring someone else to open us.

It was tidy, and comfy beds

Broken blind, aircon wasn’t cold, dirty kitchen equipment, broken key inside the gate, not easy to park

Slow or no internet in whole room

The room was very clean and good value for money.

We could not access the building after following the instructions that they sent to us, which left us frustrated and exhausted after a very long journey. We also tried calling them a couple of times but got no answer. That was a very unpleasant experience & start to our stay in Milan.

Our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. We arrived in Milan close to 1 AM and planned to access the room as instructed, but the code provided for the key box was incorrect. After struggling and eventually managing to open the box, it turned out to be empty. We tried to contact the host, but they responded only an hour later, via video call. If we had arrived just a bit later, we would have had to spend the night on the street — finding accommodation in Milan at 3 AM is nearly impossible. We had already paid in full via Booking, and there was no option for a refund. While waiting, we even went to a nearby McDonald's to stay warm, but it was closed. When the host finally responded, we asked, “If we return to the apartment in an hour, will you be available?” She said, “No.” This lack of responsibility was shocking. The host seemed unaware of who was staying in the apartment, why the keys were missing, or why the instructions didn’t work. The next day, our neighbors locked the door from the inside, and once again we had trouble entering. This key issue ruined part of our trip — every hour is precious when you're traveling. The neighborhood also felt unsafe, with a sign on the wall nearby clearly showing bullet marks. It’s quite far from the city center. On top of all that, the bathroom had ants every day, which was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place, especially to late-night travelers or those expecting reliable service.

Got there 25 minutes before check in,unable to find lockbox,due to bad instructions,finally contacted host,it took 4phone calls before finally finding apartment,only to find it’s filthy. Absolutely disgusting,took pictures. Dicided we couldn't stay there.Cleaning person showed up , refused to talk to us. Host unable to be contacted after initial calls.Finally just left the keys with cleaner. Would like a refund,I think this property should be removed from your website!!!!
