Évora City Break Apartment with Patio in the Historic Centre

A wonderful 2 story apartment located inside the city wall and within a private compound making it conveniently located for sight seeing and very quiet and safe. The hosts were very accommodating and they provided lots of helpful information as well as a complimentary bottle of wine. Comfortably furnished, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, good shower although the water temp was a bit lower than I prefer, good wifi. The bedroom had a heat pump which made the apartment more livable. Step outside your door and the medieval city of Evora awaits you.

They offer free parking but all parking nearby is reserved for residents so the free parking lot is about a quarter mile away outside the city wall. Not a huge hassle, but worth noting.

Nothing, it was perfect

Nice clean apartment in the old city of Evora, in 5 minutes is cathedral and temple, in the 10 minutes main square with a church. Very comfortable beds, very quiet area. Nice decoration. The host is very friendly and helpful, he speaks English well. What we didn't like at all: the apartment was very cold when we came in in the evening, only one very weak heater was running, cold in the kitchen and cold in the bedrooms, it took one night to get the apartment warm and comfortable. Problem with WiFi, but the host helped very quickly to solve the problem. There is also a staircase to the first floor - if you can't go well, it can be a problem.

The place is beautifully designed, very secure, quiet and impeccably clean. The host was exceptional, providing multiple messages with tips about both the property and Évora, making communication seamless and enjoyable. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay, and its location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to Praça do Giraldo and the Temple of Diana. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Évora!

The only minor detail I noticed was that, while the TV is modern and offers a great variety of channels, it was unusually slow when navigating menus.

George was very helpful and a nice person. Evora is a lovely place to visit. we were right in the Middle of the town so we could easily walk to many of the places of interest.

I found it a bit difficult climbing the stairs to get to the bathroom and bedroom. we hadn't realized that the streets were so narrow inside the walled town so we had difficulty parking the car.

Comfortable,clean and within walled old town. Bottle of wine left and list of plces to go, eat and visit was super. Check in was easy

Google maps tooks us on a circuituous driving route to drop off luggage. Tv modem was problematic
