Eco Bungalow Bé La Kin

I cannot say enough good things!! If you are staying on Cozumel - this place was an oasis amongst the business of town. It was quiet, peaceful, beautifully done - had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Having a car was helpful as it is out of the main town. The hosts were amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It is a very pretty house, close to the beach. We really loved it there.

It was a bit cold at night.

We had an amazing stay at the Bungalow. It was the perfect spot to get away from the crowds. Tania and Fernando have built the most beautiful and comfortable place with so many artistic details. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and Tania even picked us up at the ferry and took us to grab groceries on the way. The yard was also amazing. Very well taken care of with amazing birds and butterflies all around. The neighbourhood is very quiet with almost no traffic, which makes for very peaceful daily walks. It was a great jumping off point for our diving and we really appreciated the solitude we got to enjoy afterwards. We also thought that Tania and Fernando were incredibly people. Interesting, kind and very conscious of their impact on the jungle. They even have a compost for guests to use, which made us very happy. I would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone wanting to enjoy some peace in the beautiful jungle of Cozumel.

Everything was amazing. One of my favorite Booking experiences. (and I travel a lot). Thank you Tanya & Fernando for hosting us. You were the best hosts ever. Tanya was so easy to communicate over WhatsApp. She picked us up at the Ferry and gave us rides to the grocery store and downtown. We hired her husband Fernando for a scuba refresher and cenote dive. He was awesome and we want to come back and dive with him again! The bungalow was so clean and spacious! It's bigger than it looks in the photo. The kitchen was perfect with all cooking supplies and coffee french press. There is a fresh clean water dispenser, the shower water gets hot. The private balcony was perfect for eating breakfast. We did need to rent a car to get around the island and also because the bungalow is a few miles away from downtown into the jungle, but driving around was easy and we felt so safe and protected in the jungle. Sorry we had to leave early! The wind caused the ports to close so we were not able to dive off Cozumel, so we went back to Playa early. We definitely will come back to stay with Tanya & Fernando. (And Fernando- thank you for taking us on that AWESOME centote dive with your friend. It was my favorite experience- you guys were so safe and had an awesome chill professional fun vibe! Tanya thank you for the photos!). I am telling ALL my friends about this hidden gem and Adam and I will return someday and dive with you guys more!

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Our biggest regret is not spending more time at Bé La Kin. 3 nights was never enough. Tania and Fernando were fantastic hosts. Picked us up and brought us to the pier when returning to the mainland. Tania even took us shopping for groceries after picking us up from the ferry. We also went scuba diving and snorkeling and we afterwards went out for an amazing meal together. We arrived as guests and left as friends in such a short time. It has been our highlight so far. The bungalow had everything (and more) what we needed, in such an amazing setting.
