Eco Bungalow Bé La Kin

Splendid oasis from the city with really lovely hosts! A highlight of our trip. We loved lazing in the hammock and listening to the sounds of the jungle. We also went on dives with Fernando and he was brilliant! Amazing!

We had a fantastic time at Bé La Kin. The bungalow is set apart from the town and is submerged in a beautiful garden. But the town is just a 15 min ride away, and snorkeling beaches are even closer. Tania picked us up at the ferry - and drove us back on the last day. It felt like home.

Lovely, peaceful cottage in the woods. Everything was clean and fresh inside. Delightful artistic details on every surface. You'll need a car to get here, but it's very close to town. Such a nice change from boom boom Playa del Carmen. Tania was an attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen with huge fridge, four burner stove, which is great for people who like to cook like us . Nice outside sitting area. No air conditioning as it is off grid, but the solar power is more than ample for lighting and fans running pretty much constantly. We will be back.

This little bungalow was sparkling clean inside and out. The jungle around it was awesome, we saw a lot of birds and an armadillo! The owners we also incredible, they picked us up at the ferry at 10pm and drove us back when we left. they also arranged a bicycle rental for us. We did a refresher scuba dive with Fernando and he was a pleasure to dive with, chill and knowledgeable.
