It was clean and it has washing machine and dishwasher.. nice sunny balcony and little front yard I used for workout 😅

Clean, all the facilities you would need and think of. Close to supermarkets. 10 minutes walk to the tram station that will get you in the city center.

The parking is in front of the property, but it’s public, so on week days it could be difficult to find a spot in the morning and afternoon. In the evening it’s easy to park). Bring earplugs if you want to sleep through the day if you are a light sleeper (there is a hair salon near the apartment).
