The apartment was very clean, spacious and close to the city center.

The small bed was very squeaky.

Ksandro was fantastic. Kindly picked us up from the airport and took us back again. The appartment was very nice and great location.

Ksandro is very professional and helpful. One of my luggage cracked and on the day of check out, I asked if he could lend me a duct tape (since I could not find in the stores nearby), he not only brought it, he helped me to tape them and he certainly did a better job than I could. My luggage survived till I was back to Singapore! :)

The owner met us at the apartment and handed over the keys. He explained in detail the apartment and the neighborhood. He was very kind and helpful. In the apartment there were brochures of the city from the tourist information center and a board full of flyers of takeout food restaurants, taxi, and restaurants. The only small hiccup was the small bed was very squeaky. My son, who is 14, slept in that extra bed and it squeaked as he moved 😊. But except for that the location was superb. We especially chose this place for its close location to all Christmas Markets, and ice-skating area. It is walking distance to all attractions, and city center, and it is a very safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again here if I came to Zagreb again.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was a great size and was very clean and modern. It was also in a really good location. It was so nice to have a washing machine! Kasandro was a wonderful host and was very accommodating.
