Temple Triplex Spacious Apartment

Locatie was top! Ruim appartement. Goede bedden.

Douche wisselde van temperatuur. Koelt s'nachts heel erg af binnen ondanks radiatoren.

Zeer dichtbij het centrum, levendig stads centrum.

Zeer luidruchtige buren,maar daar kan de verhuurder van de accommodatie niets aandoen.

The location is literally in the shadow of the cathedral - you can’t get more central. The apartment was HUGE - over three floors and the attic character was amazing.

This is absolutely not a quiet place to stay (for obvious reasons).

The only good thing was the location.

The fact that the photos on Booking are not realistic and it shows false marketing. It shows large rooms, for seating and dining, a patio with the text “the entire a place is yours”. It’s not. We booked for 9 people but the apartment is not equipped for more than 6 in space. There were two glasses, 6 chairs and 8 beds were made. There was no toilet paper. Not enough cutlery and glasses, which we all had to buy. The patio that is promoted, was somehow out of order, which was not communicated at all. We were depending on an outdoor area so this threw our whole plan. Upon arrival there were about 8-10 trashbags and bags with laundry on the stairs and in front of our door. We had to climb over them with all the luggage. The place was not clean at all. Hairs in the bathroom and in the fridge, utterly disgusting. This all could be handled with care but their “customer service”, which sends you a message on WhatsApp to ask whatever you need of if something is wrong, doesn’t respond. We had to call 3 times before answering, they were going to call me back within 10 minutes, after an hour I called back again what was taking so long. A case file was supposedly created and the landlord was asked for compensation. Since our departure we have not heard anything back, they are not responding and no compensation has been made. Would not book this again for the world!!

It had a certain charm. Split over 3 levels. Bed on lower level was comfortable.

Where to start! The road is very noisy - even mid week. The flat backed onto a street with bars and restaurants. Drunk screaming and shouting people on the street until 2.30 am. The bathroom has black mold between the tiles. You only find out closer to the check in day that you have to visit an office to pick up the key and queue up lots of customers. We had apartment 1. But be warned there are 2 flats with the number 1. We spent 5 minutes trying to get into the wrong one. Good thing they were not home. Walls are thin - so when other guests returned to their flats / rooms it sounded like they were walking around inside our flat. To the point I thought we had an intruder and had to ingratiate with a torch at 2:00 am - but heh was still awake due to the drunk shouters!!
