Temple Triplex Spacious Apartment

Location was great. Huge apartment with lots of space and amenities.

Balcony door and some windows were broken off hinges and could not be closed - letting in cold air all night. Plumbing to toilet was not finished. Hosts were not responsive when help was needed.

The location was great! It was very easy to find different things to do and places to eat. The views were amazing too, which helps when the weather is questionable.

This property was really let down by hygiene, and to a lesser extent, the patchy WiFi. I could see that the bathroom had been cleaned, but black mould in grout does come off too with a bit of extra work. There were also toenail clippings under the bed. That wasn't exactly appealing.

Very rude staff, I was told AFTER already paying and having nowhere else to stay that I couldn’t stay because I was under 25 which I would’ve understood if I had been notified beforehand. I ended up stranded instead in the middle of the night, this was very unprofessional and I simply had to voice this.

Location was great

It's noisey if you want an early night on a weekend.
