Others have mentioned it here already, but the shower temperature really needs to be fixed. The water comes out scalding.

Location was perfect and the apartment matched what we needed perfectly.

The controls for the shower were difficult to turn off, so we struggled to control the temperature and flow of the water.

This place has a soul. I felt immediately at home and would have loved to stay longer. It’s also very central and the staff were super friendly. If I ever come back to Atlanta I‘ll stay there again for sure.

Could be a bit cleaner and the amenities are a bit old but that didn’t bother me too much.

Outdated furniture, bathroom outdated , smell in the place very bad, the ac unit smells! The first door doesn’t lock ??

The front desk staff

No hot water, not a lot of water pressure . The windows need to be replaced. One should not be able to hear everything outside. The toilet would not stop running. The apartments were not like the pictures in the booking spp.

The apartment is as it looks & the location is central to everything

The AC is not adjustable. A couple of homeless people loitering around, but that’s a downtown issue.
