Heart Downtown! Great Location! PT7D

The property sits in the heart of downtown ATL which was perfect as it was close to my company headquarters. The house was clean upon arrival, and the decor was modern and inviting. The view from the balcony was impressive. There were pots and pans available and the kitchen appliances were up to date. Great lighting is all throughout the condo. The WiFi worked excellent for business purposes as well. The 24hr concierge was very helpful in retrieving packages, orders, and check in/out was smooth sailing.

There isn’t much to dislike about this property. I enjoyed my stay. I even extended for another day. As a property owner myself, I have to note the visible water damage in the bathroom. The ceiling of the bathroom has visible brown stains from water damage. The tub paint is peeling. I bought a tub mat for my comfortability. The paint on the walls are bubbling and peeling in the bathroom. All minor fixes; they were unsightly and off putting against the rest of property. There is also a crowd of less fortunate people that populate the area later at night. They can make a bit of noise. One must keep in mind that this property is in the heart of ATL. I did not find this disturbing as it wasn’t too loud. They don’t bother you as you leave or enter the building.

Great location and comfortable apartment

The host was very communicative with the check in process. The apartment was clean and specious. The location was perfect, very close to the Olympic park, Coca-Cola World and the Georgia Aquarium.

There wasn't any breakfast served on the property, but the property location was convenient to many good eaterys.

There were too many vaguerants outside on the property grounds asking for money. Additionally, there was one code key to room when there should have been two so that my wife could go freely in and out the room while I was In convention sessions.

bath's painting feel out and bath's water drain was not control, continuously drained. bed was broken by releasing screws. the floor was sticky and need clean. others was good.
