Could not get into property untill 2230 as owner was at ascott not answering her phone pin number she wouldn't give untill a damage deposit was paid so me and my boys were stranded on the street. After a day out at asvott I will be seeking a refund. Custime service very bad !

Great, central location. Lots of shops, pubs, restaurants on your doorstep. Very handy for Ascot and easy train transfer. Perfect location.

Nothing not to like.

This is a beautiful apartment. It is an old shop but has been thoughtfully amended and updated. The communications prior were very good, the instructions etc on how to get in, the WIFI code etc were also very good. Very clean. The bathroom has a lovely deep bath with an excellent shower over it. They even provide bathrobes! The Kitchen is well equipped. There are loads of pubs and takeaways around within walking distance so no need to cook! There is also a co-op over the road so you can get anything you might need. All in all we had a very good stay there.

This did not affect us (so I have not marked the place down as we had no issue, but it might be for some) - The free parking is only on the road and only outside of business hours. During business hours it is limited to 2 hours before you have to move on. We were using the apartment as a base so were out during the day and each evening we managed to find a spot to park without issue. There is also no real outside space - again not an issue for us.

Everything! Soon as you walk in the door you can feel the warmth and see all the fine details put in place to make your stay excellent and relaxing one. The style and furnishings were just amazing! The Washroom was modern with all the fixtures you need. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby! Also the painting in the living count how many faces there are. Great security and privacy. Both owners are so wonderful! I was informed of everything from best place to park, sending information, crystal clear communication and a clean and spotless home. Thank you both again for having me.

Host, Candice was very welcoming to my family on arrival. We enjoyed a restful stay in Candices apartment. Very clean, bright and cheerful apartment on a quiet street. This is an apartment I would certainly book again for stay over in Bagshot. Thanks Candice.
