Booking accommodation should come with the assurance of transparency, comfort, and ease. Unfortunately, our experience fell short due to several unexpected and poorly communicated conditions. Key information—such as personal details required for all guests (including ID numbers), accessibility limitations, parking logistics, and additional charges—was only revealed after completing the indemnity and once accommodation was booked.These details should have been made available upfront. Specific concerns included: Privacy & Timing: Late-stage requests for sensitive personal information were unexpected and intrusive. Rigid Time Policies: Check-in at 3pm and check-out at 9am, with an R200/hour fee for any adjustments. Accessibility Issues: The unit is accessed via four flights of stairs, which poses a significant challenge for elderly or mobility-impaired guests. Parking Limitations: Only one bay is available; additional vehicles must park on the street outside the complex. Additional Costs: Laundry services are charged at R200 for washing and ironing. Apartment Condition: Peeling wallpaper, unpleasant bedding, and a non-functional dishwasher emitting a foul odor. Bathroom Maintenance: Mold in all bathrooms and an unsupported shower glass panel in the main bedroom. Lack of Communication: Parking arrangements were unclear until arrival, adding unnecessary stress. These issues disrupted our stay and reflected a lack of attention to both guest comfort and operational transparency. While the accommodation might aim for a certain standard, such oversights diminish the overall experience. I hope this feedback encourages you to reconsider your approach to communication and property maintenance. Aesthetics of the house where wonderful, very beautiful designs of the kitchen and living! Very modern. They Had binoculars to see the beautiful things in and around the beach. The linen was clean

Curtains were very dirty. Door and window handles rusty and chipping off. Also the outside area looks like it isn’t well taken care off. The ironing board needs to be changed as well

Beautiful views of the beach. Lovely and spacious. Agents were quick to rectify issues we had with the apartment. Nice location. Easy access to the beach.

It is not equipped with the newest kitchen amenities. It could be better as the aesthetics didn't match the amenities. Some Tupperware and salad bowls could be useful.

The place is rusty and everything is breaking. The chairs outside, the table and the doors don’t look well maintained

Enjoyed the comforts in the apartment, felt like home. Appreciated the practicality of access to the beach. Love how central the location was to everything! Searching for Dec/Jan options for the family.

Silly thing, but the access code and descriptive for the gate can be included in your welcome pack. Perhaps we missed it.

This has been the best. The best I have ever stayed in. The modern look and feel with the cozy atmosphere was absolutely insane. I wish I was able to stay over more than 1 night.
