Luxurious 3 bedroom beach front apartment

Simple appliances was not accommodated for . Baby cockroaches on the counter at night Bed was a bit uncomfy And the electrical in the apartment was bad .

Location is perfect

Host is not responsive

Absolutely nothing.

The place was dirty and had broken furniture. We informed the host on arrival and even sent pictures of the dirty couches and surfaces. We got no response. There were cockroaches in the apartment and the grill and outside table were broken so we could not even enjoy a meal outside. We tried our best to communicate with the host, Kirsty from Oasis properties, who ignored all our communications after we had checked in. To receive 1 automated message after the other with no acknowledgement of the communications we had sent through. We checked out a day early because it was just unbearable to stay in why was meant to be a luxury apartment. Booking.com was also not helpful in addressing the matter.

Apartment was beautiful. 75 inch TV, aircons...

Glassware needs replacing. Missing some utensils. Also no pool in the complex.

Everything about the apartment was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and definitely coming back.

The location was perfect. The unit was beautiful but zero servuce

The fact that there were no cleaning service for 3 nights. No one explained what is where inside apartment. We only had 1 toilet rolls per bathroom for 3 days. I had to go buy toilet rolls for myself, despite being promised that someone will drop them. Lastly when I requested new towels I was told that they are available every second night, but earn that they were not delivered. Maybe in future the host need to be clear on bookings what is extra!! I don't think advert on bookings.com in is true reflection of sefices

Everything about the place is just fabulous. Definitely coming back!

I didn't like that I had to fetch a key from a different location and I didn't meet the agent at all.
