Luxurious 3 bedroom beach front apartment

Loved the location, it was idyllic. Lovely views to the beach. Home decor was modern and chic 👌🏾

The alarming amount of baby cockroaches made for an unpleasant stay.

It’s very spacious, well furnished and equipped. The beach private access is a nice touch. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean was amazing. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The washer and dryer were very dirty with a lot of black residue. I had to clean it myself. The dryer also didn’t work. Would have been nice to have a daily cleaning service during our stay. One cleaning service for a 6 night stay was really not enough. We also had to buy our own cleaning supplies like steel wool for pots, as well as detergents. The freezer part of the refrigerator does not do anything because the rubber band is loose and so the fridge doesn’t close properly. The bathtub was leaking and the maintenance guy never showed up to fix it. Checkin and checkout times are rather inconvenient.

There is no mobile network in the unit, so making and receiving calls isn't possible inside the unit. Various appliances did not work, so maintenance is an issue. Most importantly, the fiber does not work, and we did without for 2 days requiring immense involvement from our side to fix, only to be resolved by using the network from another unit! Why wasn't that the solution on day 1? The managing agent was rude and short despite us trying to help them sort out the fiber for the unit. No hair dryer, no egg spatula, basics, but there are binoculars. On one of the days, the geyser wasn't working, so we had cold showers until it was resolved some 6 hours later.

Location and cleanliness

A beautiful place with horrible management. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working on the evening of our arrival (keep in mind that the unit has no network so we can’t even use our own data). We texted the lady and she replied on Friday morning asking if it still has issues, that was the last time she ever replied to us. The Wi-Fi totally stopped working on Saturday and we called the guy, he said he will log a call and that was the last time we heard from him. They kept ignoring our messages and calls. Later that night we got stuck at the gate outside the yard because the remote was not working, we called and their phones were off, it was really traumatic for my wife. Without a single care in the world, they sent check out details later and that was it. I’d like for this to be escalated because anything could’ve happened to us out there. Bookings.com usually has hosts that care and that are always willing to assist whenever help is needed but this time I was shocked, this was the worst experience we ever had. until today there is no communication from them than checkout details and messages of expecting us to book with them again
