We self catered - but the property met our needs in exceptional ways and we didnt have a problem at all - minor issues were attended to in a swift, professional way within an hour of reporting - excellence in customer service every step of the way.Cleaners were also professional, meticulous and friendly.Candice was exceptional in her assistance and service - she is an asset to Ballito Agencies /Maratea 8 and was professional and managed my entire stay very well. We didnt want to leave the property - however ,we will return to the same property as we felt as if it was our home while we were there - comfort, peace and tranquility.

There was nothing that we didnt like about the property - neighbours were friendly and accommodating as well. Great place to live and unwind.

Location was amazing. Facilities were good. Access into the complex was fine, but not well explained

Kitchen utensils could have been better. All knives were blunt, but to be expected for an accommodation like this

We had a lovely stay but as for care taker he failed us. he refuse with small gate code . For pedistan he is very racist he can't even greet people .He is not welcomong guests the moment we went to the pool he was in the pool also he took his belongings and left the pool as soon as we arrived it means he can't stand to be with us in 1 place
