The neigbours were very friendly

The place was in a very quiet area, close to the shopping centre.

The front door did not work, and we were forced to use the side door even while relaxing on the patio. We tried all the keys but the door wouldn't open. We also tried calling after hours but with no response.

The Location was fine, as I expected. The property was nice and clean.

Well the induction cooker stove wasn't working and we were not informed about this, The Shower was leaking all over the place, The laundry wasn't able to dry properly as they mentioned there will be a Laundry Horse and there wasn't one.

Location was good, safe and we could easily access the shops and beach.

Only one lamp to use during loadshedding. The bedding in the second bedroom had a funny smell - as if it wasn't dry when it was put on the bed.

The swimming pool, rooms, patio and gas braai, beds, linen. The setting. Airconditioners

The shower spills a lot of water. The main bathroom light did not work. The stove was a problem. Room with 2 single beds airconditioner dit not work, it blows warm air.

Location was fine

The unit needs to be maintained. The stove wasn't working properly as well as gas barbecue. The most frustrating part was being locked in the main bedroom and that's a safety hazard, what if there was fire then my children and I would have been burnt or worse, door was jammed, called several times to get help and it took hours to get help. Major improvements are needed

Dirty, dilapidated & in dire need of a revamp and thorouh cleaning !!

Very comfortable and has everything we needed.

Only one lamp to use during loadshedding and no instructions on how to use the Hob.
