"frustrated the first day I checked in ....which spoiled my stay."

on the first day I was frustrated because I had a family, needed to cook for them but realized cooking gas had ran out...we almost slept hungry thus forced to source for food from a restaurant. There was no internet in the room and the host could not be reached on phone call, i was forced to buy bundles since I had online classes on. no room service services, i left garbage smelling in the room upon check out.

"Beautiful cosy condo by the beach."

Beautiful spacious property right at the beach. Great views, well furnished, felt homely, really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were lovely, sorted any issues we had quickly. Rose particularly kept in touch and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

We had a bit of difficulty paying with MPESA. Card payments could be enabled as this is how we normally pay for our holidays through booking.com

"You can do better."

Location is fantastic and the apartment is very good.

The check in was very confusing. Clearer instructions would have helped. The noise from the cafe right below sometimes was overwhelming. While they did their best, not having air-conditioning in the master bedroom for two nights was stressful.

Good location, nice and spacious beach front apartment, ideal for family or group

The TV's are dysfunctional and are due an upgrade, a water dispenser would be handy, house keeping once in two days is a challenge when on holiday especially for a family with kids.

"We all enjoyed living at Rosy Beach Condo."

The property was fully equipped and felt like home. It was very spacious with beach front and lovely view of the ocean.

There was live karaoke which was very loud. Televisions were not in working order. The property was far from shopping centres.

Very spacious, will accommodate everyone in your party !

They required I pay with MPesa, not a bank card, yet there’s no MPesa kiosk nearby. So had to get a taxi and visit several MPesa stalls to deposit cash. Also didn’t like the loud music coming from the restaurant/bar below. They should keep the music quiet. I have spoken with the host about a nude club right by the parking lot and I believe something is being done about it.
