Person on arrival didn't speak English. Send me to another place, not the one of advertising photos. Then owner who was driving keep yelling at me saying that is my fault to rent an apartment ( this is what advertise said in Booking web).and not for this price. Insisted it was my fault. I explained what ad said,and was very unkind. The room was not ready,not cleaned. Place had no garden,cooking place it's a balcony with tablecloth full of black stains, and no bars on the balcony ... dangerous. I left and owner said they wouldn't charge me anything. I had a voice recording

Very lovely hosts, drove me into town for free to get dinner which was so nice of them, and they were very accommodating

Claims there is a hot tub on the listing, there is not, not the cleanest room i’ve stayed in, blood stains on the sheets

We stayed twice at this property during our trip to Sri Lanka. Upon our first arrival, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. (We only used one of the bedrooms). The place was spacious, comfortable (aircon in the bedroom, hot water, fridge, cooker, kettle). The host is super helpful, and we ended up booking our airport transport with him. The apartment is 10 min walk to the beach and they can arrange the scooters too. We were really comfortable there.

It can be quite hot in the living room and kitchen. There is a ceiling fan there but it can be hot. Sometimes you can smell drainage in the bathroom

petit déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel, coin cuisine existant mais très peu utilisable ( pas de matériel de cuisson)
