Little House

Little House is a cozy, compact apartment that fully met my expectations. Despite its small size, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and I felt right at home. The bed is very comfortable, and the place is impeccably clean. The private parking spot is a big plus, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is also great, with excellent restaurants, a bus stop, and a supermarket nearby. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Bologna!

I honestly have no complaints about my stay! The apartment was well-equipped, comfortable, and very clean. For anyone looking to be closer to the center, just keep in mind it’s about a 20-minute walk. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again!

We stayed at Little House for one night whilst travelling through Italy. It was easy to get to via public transport. We received full check-in/out instructions prior to our arrival, with photos, to ensure a smooth self check in. Loretta has thought of everything! Little House is like home from home. It is also clear that she has taken previous comments into consideration in order to make Little House perfect! We loved our stay, and it was the perfect size for the two of us. We were only sad that did not stay long enough to really appreciate everything about Little House. Thank you!

Excellent location. Close to the center within walking distance, restaurant, bar, public transport. The host is attentive. We had a map, restaurant recommendations, etc. at our disposal. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a few days' stay. Kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer. . The apartment is very friendly We were not disappointed. We got what we saw in the pictures.

The accommodation was wonderful, very comfortable, and truly felt like a home. As a tourist on vacation, I really experienced the Italian spirit. We were truly amazed by this place and the building it's located in.
