"A very well set up apartment close to the station with a helpful and friendly host."

Giorgio was an excellent host. Friendly and helpful with excellent communication before we even arrived. If we had encountered any problems (we didn’t) am sure he would have tried to sort it out. Met us as soon as we arrived and showed us around and enabled an earlier checkin. Thank you Giorgio.

Giorgio was very gracious, and accommodated our early arrival. The apartment is quiet (on the 7th floor, with a balcony), and the neighborhood is not touristy, but still just a short walk to the city center (Duomo area). Lots of good restaurants, of course (try Il Tartuffo), and several supermarkets nearby. Also, just five minutes walk from the train station, so we never needed a taxi.

Everything was great.

Communication with owner, Giorgio, is outstanding. Every time he would answer instantly. Very good stocked apartment with all things needed for your stay. Excellent WI FI too. Additional bonus was that owner provided some food items good for breakfast. Close to railway station.

On the down size is that street noise is noticeable from transportation below.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, antwortet sehr schnell und ist extrem hilfsbereit Die Lage ist gut, nicht zentral aber nicht weit weg vom Zentrum.

Preis-Leistung könnte etwas besser sein. Für die Grösse der Wohnung war der Preis verhältnismässig doch ziemlich hoch.
