Giorgio's Central Station

Très bien situé à 5 minutes de la gare de Bologne. Appartement bien équipé avec ustensiles de cuisine, four, etc etc. Très bon.accueil de Giorgio qui a plein de petites attentions pour ses clients .. Appartement climatisé.

Il faut compter environ 20 bonnes minutes à pied pour le plein centre (piazza magiore) . Peu de bars restaurants à proximité immédiate de l appartement.

L'appartement est bien situé à proximité de la gare centrale et à di centre ville. Des commerces et de plusieurs sites historiques. Il est bien sécurisé ainsi que le bâtiment. Giorgio le propriétaire est une personne serviable, disponible et très accueillant. Merci pour tout.

Host was really helpful and had literally thought of everything, the apartment was exceptionally well equipped.

El departamento es comodo, limpio, super equipado, y el propietario Giorgio es super amable, te deja todo lo necesario para que desayunes por varios días y todos los productos de tocador, más regalitos de bien venida 🍾, el en persona te entrega la llave y te enseña a usar todo los electrodomésticos, el Wi-Fi funciona excelente.

The apartment was on the 7th floor with a lift. It was very clean and secure and the location was good and close to Bologna Centrale train station. The very kind host, Giorgio, provided a number of things that were unexpected: a welcoming Prosecco, milk, coffee, bottled water, butter, jam, pastries as well as all the basic ingredients for cooking. Giorgio also came to help bring my luggage from the station to the apartment, something I appreciated very much.

It was great! Giorgio has even provided us with breakfast. He is an incredible host, the flat was lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The Apartment is very clean, well equipped and easy to reach from Bologna Central Station and located in the city center. Giorgio is an amazing host, he was very helpful and took his time to explain everything in detail, from the apartment to tips for the best and relatively low priced restaurants in Bologna. Although we arrived 2,5h late he was kind and relaxed. It was the perfect accommodation.

Street was loud also during the night, so we had to sleep with the windows closed. However, Air Condition worked properly

Great little apartment on the 7th floor with a small sunny balcony. It has everything you need and Georgio is so nice and accommodating. 5 mins. from the train station and a 20min. stroll from Piazza Maggiore. There are plenty of places to eat and grocery shop in the surrounding streets. From the street you enter through a foyer and out into a garden space before entering the apartment building. The whole complex is very peaceful and quiet. Definitely recommended.
