Giorgio's Central Station

The location was within walking distance to shopping and food! There was a wonderful restaurant and gelato shop right across the street!

Giorgio (the host) has thought of everything. The apartment has everything you could need for a short stay in Bologna. There is even a pillow menu!! It is close to the main rail station and 2 supermarkets near also.

Nothing!

The unit was well-equipped with everything you need (including a washing machine). Location was fantastic, only a 5 minute walk from the train station and a short walk to anywhere else within the historic city centre. The unit had good Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and was surprisingly quiet. Giorgio our host was very knowledgable and helpful.

The shower drain was a bit slow, but a very minor item.

The location of the apartment is very closed to the train station.

it is a bit noisy when the window is opened because of the street.

Great location near the train station, bus station and only a few blocks from the historical centre. Plus there's a nice ice-cream shop only a block away, as well as an up-market cafe three blocks away. The apartment has lots of clever space-saving gadgets like the retractable clothes lines in the bathroom.

The small ironing board takes space saving a bit too far - a bigger one would have been nicer.

Very clean and very comfortable beds and close to the train station.

Not having a coffee machine and toaster and olive oil. The host told us that the people staying before us broke the coffee machine. I would have thought he would have purchased a new machine and drop it off to us. We’ve stayed in a number places in Italy over the past 5 years (4 trips) and this was the first apartment that didn’t have a toaster and the real surprise not having some olive oil in the kitchen supplies.

The apartment was cute! Very neat and clean, and Giorgio provided plenty in the way of basic supplies. There were even multiple types of pillows to choose from! Situated close to retail shops, a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a laundromat and public transport. It was also a comfortable walking distance from the historic centre. Giorgio is a lovely host who went out of his way to ensure our stay went well. Highly recommended and would stay there again.

Great location, comfortable bed and sofa, only a five minute walk to the train station. In a gated apartment. Giorgio was a fantastic host and had snacks and drinks ready for us.

The location is great. Close to central station, nice restaurants, supermarket and the city center. The landlord is really very kind and helpful. Great advantage is that there is elevator in the building.

A bit small for two adults and two kids (one is teenager), but we managed.
