Nice apartment. It was very clean and well furnished. Giorgio was an excellent host. He was very helpful and responsive.

I would have preferred a location closer to the city center.

Its ambiance!! We could relax and feel at home.. we could see out the window to the streets below and just walk to dinner very close by. The main attractions of Bologna were walking distance and they pleasantly surprised us as well.. Giorgio’s greeting and help on arrival was absolutely delightful, nothing was too much trouble at all to him, and his local knowledge was totally useful as well.

Georgio was a great host. He met us at the property and showed us thorough it and let us keep our bags there until check in time.

Great location close to the station, bus stops and gelati shop. Excellent and generous host who provided helpful info to meet our needs, secure WiFi and even basic groceries to assist before we could get to the nearby supermarket. Useful kitchen and laundry with drying lines, effective aircon and opening doors to balcony for fresh air. Would love to stay here again

Great location Apartment well equipped - we used a washing machine and liquid provided. Host friendly and helpful, a lot of information about the city in the materiałs left in the apartment.

Details - a proper big knife or a small cutting board were missing (there is only a huge one in a tiny kitchen). I could not find wine glasses. The apartment isnt very comfortable for 4 people. However for 2 I guess it would be great. Treats left by owner is a nice gesture but honestly they take too much space ina tiny kitchen and do not add much value.

Giorgio was a most gracious host. He provided clear instructions including best places to park. He ensured we had all the amenities we needed. The apt is well equipped with all the tools you need to make a meal
