Goito 4, Bologna by Short Holidays

Location is top. Building. Easy check in. Mattress super comfortable. Kitchen was nice.

Pillow super thin. One blanket and it was a bit cold. Didn’t know how to use the raining shower.

Buena ubicación y tiene microondas y lavadora. Fueron amables dejando entrar antes.

COBRAN la tasa turística a parte, con lo que no se cobra en el pago inicial y te puedes llevar una sorpresa porque son 4,2€ por persona y día. Te mandan un mensaje diciendo que la dejes en efectivo (algo dudoso) y si no, por cuenta bancaria. La estancia olía a tabaco y era caliente. Dejan gel de ducha de un uso, no dejaron para todos los días. Cobran tasa de limpieza 36 €, pero no pasaron ni un día a limpiar o cambiar las toallas o reponer el papel higiénico. Había productos médicos como aplicadores vaginales junto a los cubiertos (pena no haber sacado foto), si se va con niños puede ser peligroso.

Little space for 3 persons

Location, spaciousness, shampoo & shower gel, comfortable beds, good quality linens, dish soap! Clothes washer & laundry soap! Good shower! Would definitely stay here again.

Finding the correct gate was tricky because there are two gates. Also, the gate needed to be opened with a bit of force, as was demonstrated by another tenant entering before us. So just give it a bit of a tug.

It was in a great location very close to restaurants and the centre of town. It was vey secure.

The kitchen was not very well appointed no bottle opener or enough utensils for easy cooking. Pillows very flat but mattress ok.

Spacious, clean, safe building, extremely clear instructions about entering the building (NOT the apartment).

Arrived at apartment 4 at exact checkin time, 15:00. Was unable to open the door to apartment. Called, texted, sent WhatsApp and Booking messengered management for 40 minutes while standing in the small hallway with our bags. Finally someone called me back & told me we had to pull the door towards us while unlocking. This worked, but was not mentioned in any entry instructions that the door was slightly broken. The lights were flickering. Management said “I imagine there’s a light to turn it off” The big shower head falsely advertised in photos, water only comes out of the small hand held shower head. Management confirmed “There is no button to change the shower head” The AC was broken. Management said “The air conditioning works” and when we noted a receipt on top of the AC unit didn’t move they said “we’ll come by…within the hour” After 6 hours of no solution or response, we came back to a room well over 27°C. We were forced to leave apartment late at night to move to a hotel and open a claim with Booking to cite nonresponsive management. Believe the reviews, do NOT stay here. There were other great options in the area who have management who would like to help you, rather than use you for money.
