The owner sent me a message with the door entry codes. And the cleaning staff was at the property to greet us. Owner is responsive, friendly, and helpful with the check-in details. Excellent location. Very good property and secured.

Despite resetting the WiFi as recommended by the owner, it failed to work. We did not have WiFi connection throughout our stay. The safety box does not work too. We did not use the kettle… Perhaps these will sorted for the next guest.

What a nice room with a washer to get your laundry done and a small kitchen. Newly renovated so everything was super nice. Location is perfect IMO. Very safe. Host easy to reach with questions we had. I would easily recommend.

The A/C really struggled to keep up with the heat, but it wasn't too bad.

Recently renovated flat. Comfortable and quiet building. Nicely cleaned.

Lack of washing up liquid. Very poor air conditioning system.

The location was amazing. Literally 5 minutes away from the city center. We had a supermarket 1 minute away, restaurants with amazing pizzas no more than 3 min away and there was a gym 1 min away. The apartment was in the first floor, but there was an elevator for those who hate stairs. The room was good, the bed was not bad at all. The kitchen was fully equiped for those who want to eat inside. We had a washing machine and I don't know how the thing ti dry your clothes is called, but we had that too :). Simply amazing. We really loved it!

Well the check in was awful. The owner did not send us the code on time and we waited for 1 hour with our luggages outside. We had given our arrival time, but still we had to wait for the code to enter the building. We called the owner literally 12 times and even though the phone was ringing he didn't pick up. That was stressful, as we thought that we had booked and paid the apartment, but were left outside without a place to stay. One text message would have worked. . After more than 1 hour the owner sent us the code. Another thing was that the wifi password was incorrect, we texted him, he said that he will help us, but nothing changed. He gave us no instructions about the check out. We ran out of toilet paper, and we bought it for ourselves of course, but if it says in the booking that there are toiletries, you expect to have enough for 3 people staying there for 4 nights. We loved the apartment and the location, but the whole communication with the owner was awful and very stressful.

couldn’t figure out how to turn the hallway lights on so we had to use our flashlights to get up the stairs and into the apartment. the bed was really hard for belly/side sleepers and we couldn’t figure out how to get the heat to work and there was only one blanket so we were a little cold at night.
