Residence Sant'Orsola - Pizzardi Suites Apartments

Private, quiet. Clean and very modern. It seems it was recently renovated. it has a private parking (not included in the price).

Although the apartment is in a residential area, the street near to it seemed a bit sketchy. Not the place you want to be at night. I didn't feel unsecured in any moment, but it is not the place you can walk around to grab a bite etc.

The furniture was damaged and the bed matress was old and with bumps

The place was huge and comfy. Sergio was cool and helpful.

Really modern apartment, close to amenities, home away from home and lovely hosts

Our room was big enough, a lot of space. The bathroom was spotless, super clean and nice just like in the photos. Rafaele was very helpful and responsive. Easy to find and to check in. For the parking, it is better to park on the street, a lot of spots, the backyard is a bit tight for two cars. The location is good as well, not in the center but close. You can go by foot or take the bus, more or less the same.

The mosquitoes are annoying, at least in summer, so i think a door protection or something for the terrace door would be great. Also, some paper towels in the kitchen are needed, i think everyone would make use of them. But all in all, it is a nice place, worth booking it.
