It's modern, clean, has everything you need.

The parking in Bologna is difficult, so it's hard to find city parking and pay for that every day.

Property is advertised with parking but that's not true and guaranteed. 1 parking spot between 3 apartments, first come first serve. And when it became available we had to pay, this was not explained earlier, listing make it sound parking is guaranteed and included. And their rate was more than parking on the street.
