Very cosy and clean appt at the top location in city center. Prompt and fast communication with Letizia was spot on.

Little noisy during night which is expected concerning location - usual city sounds.

Fab location, right in the heart of Bologna, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Perfect size, pull out sofa bed plus the kitchen had everything you could want and need. It was also so so clean. Letizia was a fantastic host, met us with the keys and showed us everything. Letizia was also on call and so easy to get in touch with should we have needed anything. A fab host.

Only downside is the parking but again, Letizia went above and beyond and helped us with parking,. She kept in touch with us the whole journey to Bologna and then met us on the roadside and took us to the parking location. Went above and beyond to ensure it all went smoothly . We were very grateful.

Living space a bit more cramped than the pictures implied. Microwave in a very awkward place to use. Bathroom a bit dated.

The location is unbeatable. The apartment is very comfortable - it has everything what you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and we really liked the travel brochures which gave us ideas what to explore.

Beautiful appartment in the centre of Bologna, a few meters away from the two towers. Very well equipped and comfortable, spacious for two persons. We appreciated linen and towel change after a week. Very responsive host. Everything was in good working condition. The street outside is closed to traffic Saturdays and Sundays, as most of the streets in the centre. A perfect stay.

If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs, as the street outside is a major public transportation lane on weekdays.

Letizia, our host, has been very helpful. Her flat is ideally located for discovering Bologna by foot. The flat is fully equipped, including the kitchen facilities.

The radiators in the bathroom being closed, the towels could not dry.

The location of the apartment was great — very central and close to everything — and the host was very lovely and welcoming. The apartment also felt very secure, which we really appreciated.

We stayed at this apartment for a few nights. The location is very central, which was convenient, but it also meant it was noisy at night and we didn’t sleep well. We would have appreciated being made aware of this beforehand, as ear plugs would have made a big difference. One morning, we were also woken early by work being done on the roof. The apartment itself was generally fine but could have been cleaner. The shower head had a lot of scale build-up, and it didn’t seem like the toothbrush holder had been cleaned properly. The main bedroom light was flickering, although thankfully there were table lamps we could use instead. Also, part of the shower floor became very slippery when wet, which could be a safety concern. Overall, the location is great if you want to be in the middle of everything, but some maintenance would have made our stay more comfortable.
