Casa Letizia

Location was excellent, host nice and explained everything thoroughly.

Because of it's location it is noisy. There is double glazing, but planning restrictions probably don't allow certain types of windows to be installed, unfortunately. If you want a fantastic location, go for this, but do expect some outside noise.

The central location in the heart of the old town. Access to shops, cafes and bars. Good detail on the area provided by the host.

The weather!

Very comfortable and clean apartment, excellent central location. There was everything you need for a long or short stay. The owner was very helpful, allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment after check out.

Position is just great. Middle of the old town, close to restaurants, bars and main attractions. Big bathroom. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Windows are a bit old and you can hear all the noise coming from the street. Shower is a bit too small. Price isn’t low.

The property was very clean with everything supplied for a short stay. Letizia was extremely helpful and organised a taxi for us on the day we were leaving.

The property was further away from the train station than I anticipated. I should had looked more closely at the location as we were using Bologna as a base to visit other places in the area.
