Brasov Penthouse Retreat

The apartment has all the opportunities to be of great value. The builders made it big and it is situated in a "breathable area" as there are no buildings all around it so it has a good view. The building is lovely. The jacuzzi was big and warm. The apartment had all (old/used) equipment needed to stay there.

It was clean but felt dusty like it was cleaned 3 months ago and then rented without being re-touched again.There was a lot of snow on the balcony and they'd made a path but not entirely and you could slip in flipflops (jacuzzi);they provided us with a shovel; and while we cleaned around we found some broken glass;probably a dog was there as we saw some pawprints and some yellow snow;the picture is from the morning as in the night (when we arrived) we did not see it. The water in the jacuzzi was clean;had quite the chlorine in it but it was not awful;in the night there were -14 Celsius degrees and in the jacuzzi, there were 40;really nice to stay in the water but if we turned the jets on all that steam felt like pure chlorine;we just "bathed" together admiring the stars.In the day it was better as there were 2-3 C degrees;but we still could not keep the jets on.While I was washing the dishes I felt my feet wet;because of the broken tap, the water that was running down on it it got behind the cabinet and on the floor;"luckily" they provided us with a mop and a bucket (said it was for when coming from outside with snow on our boots) but the bucket did not have smth to squish the mop... so we kinda absorbed some water but most of it we smeared it around and waited for it to dry.The sofa was a nightmare;stained and dusty and with a moldy feeling.Please wash that or throw it away!They put a TV in the dormitory and the cable was pulled "to the max" in the door;do a better job!

- jacuzzi - apartment is very spacious - shops and restaurants near location

- apartment (yellow 11) looks beaten up and smells akward, it needs to be renovated asap - beds are very uncomfortable and noisy (you cannot turn over without it making squeek noises) - tv remote control needs to be changed - not that close to city center - everything inside looks beaten up and it’s in desparate need of renovation

Jacuzzi,the view

Old furniture,not a clean place .. Even the bed sheet was dirty,old tv and furniture. The jacuzii it's perfect. But without a clean place it's not really a lot.

Location & jacuzzi

The apartment was in a poor condition, the walls were dirty, rooms were not clean, one bed was broken as you can see from the pictures luckily i didn't fall through it, above the jacuzzi you had to make sure the plaster doesn't fall on your head. The bathroom radiator was dirty.

Large apartment, jacuzzi is 101% relaxing.

The apartment is shabby. Furniture okish, but partially not cleaned enough. In one of the bedrooms the paint on the walls is gone. Jacuzzi tub is ok. Kitchen is hard to describe in words - we’ve found it partially flooded, but it was solved. So, the apartment is ok, but definitely overpriced - it’s like the owners don’t care anymore and they rely only on the jacuzzi thing.

Jacuzzi lights didnt work ,central heater partially worked and had a leakage , very bad situation that the electricity droped off for 2 hour we called the owners no one responds we didnt have any light !! We couldnt see nothing !or do anything from 22:30 untill 1:00 pm

1st the pictures are totally different from the site 2 bathroom are broken The furniture are dirty Not a healthy place to keep the childern The beds are full of hair and nails Windows are broken
