An electricity fee of 5 EUR per night applies for the use of electrical utilities in the room, including air conditioning and hot water. An electricity fee of 20 EUR per night applies only at the Chalet with Hot Tub for the use of all electrical utilities, hot water and the wood for the fireplace. Chalet with Hot Tub has space for 9 cars parking for free in the front of the chalet, and is located close to the apartments but at a different location. Please note that there is only 1 free parking space per apartment.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

The view from terrace is nice

The property was very dirty , the kitchen smell bad , broken and uncomfortable beds . The pictures do not reflect the reality , everything is very worn and not maintained .
