Место положение хорошее.мы были на машине и есть парковочное место,правда оно на соседней улице в пару минутах ходьбы.мы подьехали к апартаментам выгрузились и поставили машину на парковку.рядом есть банк и там можно обменять деньги.в 5 минутах езды есть каньён Эфи в одну сторону,а в другую сторону езды в 10 минутах находиться старый город.мы поставили машину на парковку на 4 часа и нам хватило временни обойти пешком старый город и покушать в ресторанне. Апортоменты вполне неплохие,есть все необходимое для пару ночей.планеровка немного странная но быстро привыкаешь.хозяин отзывчивый на все вопросы и пожелания.

The host was very nice and we communicated effectively. They provided us with all the information we needed. The apartment was very clean, and despite the furniture not being new, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find Christmas decorations in both rooms, which was a wonderful touch.

There was a house next to our apartment with a roof being renovated. The foil on the roof made a terrible noise at night due to the wind.

15/20 minutes from the city centre, the decisive point for us was the parking spot to avoid problems, this was very useful. Parking spot is 1/2 minutes from the apartment uphill. Apartment was good, with space, furniture a bit old. We spent 3 good nights here.

The smell in the bathroom. For what it is, a bit expensive.

Best place to stay in Brasov! Lovely studio located in the quiet area of Brasov exactly in the City Center and also with a private parking which was perfect for us. Many amenities, very clean and very spacious! Don't hesitate, book it!
