Probably one of the best locations I’ve stayed at, amazing base to go and do whatever you like all around the area, clean inside great facilities all in all an amazing find completely captivating.

Very quiet and peaceful. Superb views. Lovely walks from house. Convenient location for our holiday.Our second visit.

Needs some TLC. A few cobwebs and skirting board dirty. Vacuum cleaner completely blocked and needs a thorough clean. Fridge door doesn’t shut properly. Some more glasses would be nice. A bit expensive this year compared to last.

Nice location with stunning views.

Property & furniture running very tired and in need of a deep clean top to bottom,nothing which could of been fixed within our few nights stay. should of been done before our arrival.

Loved the property. Lots of good views. Walked down to Greenway jetty and took the boat to Dartmouth and castle which was beautiful. Well equipped and comfortable bed and sofa. Owner seemed friendly ensuring we had all we needed. Liked the upper veranda patio with extensive views. Great for a 2 day break.

Quite a few steps going up and down from car to property. This could be avoided using a longer way round using a grassy slope though.
