The sheets were worn with bobbly texture.

It was clean. Close to airport and the facilities were okay.

We recently stayed at Beechwood near Bristol Airport and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the property felt very unwelcoming. There were numerous signs stating “Private – Keep Out,” which made it feel more like we were intruding rather than staying as paying guests. To make matters worse, the check-in information was never properly shared in advance, which made arrival confusing and unnecessarily stressful. I had booked the room for three people, fully aware it included a double bed and a sofa bed. However, when we arrived, the sofa bed hadn’t been made up. After a long day of travelling, the last thing we wanted to do was chase this up. I had to call to ask where the bedding was, and the lady I spoke to was rude and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of organisation, poor communication, and unwelcoming atmosphere would put me off staying here again.
