Room was comfortable and clean loads of stuff for breakfast in room .didn't have bottle of wine like it said was complimentary but that was ok. Beds were comfy had great sleep. Shuttle bus was great . We've left car for parking aswell which was reasonable.

As there was 4 of us we only had enough for ne coffee each could of done with more.

"Bad Experience"

Location close to Bristol airport

Transfer to airport and back very dangerous driving and also bad carparking system all clogged in together and previously told the parking would be outside of our room and we could take the keys with us on holiday and when got there they wanted to keep the keys. Really bad service not great at all.
