Receptionist not very friendly. Milk in both bottles was off. Pull out bed was uncomfortable. Everything else was great....

Receptionist could have been more welcoming.

I have stayed here before and the host remembered me. The cabin I stayed in had been recently decorated and was extremely comfortable. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was on time and the driver very helpful and cheery.

That everything was there that you needed. It was clean, and comfortable

When we arrived it was pitch black. The girl on reception was very curt, didn’t smile or make eye contact. She pointed from her seat in the reception to where we needed to go, and we went down a dark pot holed lane by mistake. I think there should be a neon arrow under the lighted Beechwood sign as in the pitch dark you wouldn’t know whether to go left or right

Location next to Bristol Airport is fantastic, the on site parking & shuttle service was great. Made an early flight from Bristol very easy. The room was very clean & comfortable. Tea, biscuits, milk and cereal provided which was a lovely bonus. Good value for money.

Super nah am Flughafen. Busanbindung nach Bristol direkt vor der Tür, komfortabler Flughafen Shuttle alle 10 Minuten. Prima Frühstück, alles was man braucht!

Room was spotlessly clean very comfortable. Shuttle bus and driver to airport was a really good service .

Booking .com stated bottle of complimentary wine. We didn't get one. Also stated mini bar but it is just a fridge. Although the bathroom was clean there was a strong smell. Reception staff on check-in appeared non welcoming and slightly rude.
