Location is great. Very clean. Spacious modern apartment.

There are no drawers in the bedroom. There is nowhere to put your underwear. The living room only had one sofa. Not enough for 4 people.

All the facilities. Staff friendly

Could be cleaned better. Probably i am to fussy

I had to go to an online check-in link, and navigate the instructions. then I had to download the Klevio app and open an account to get access to digital keys. If everything is done right, the digital keys are really convenient. But there was a lot of room for error. I was also deathly afraid that if my phone died or was lost/stolen we would have been in trouble. LOVED the balcony and how close it was to the train. Very comfortable beds. Overall was lovely and nicer than I expected.

We were a family of 5, and the flat said it could accommodate up to 6. That is true, and were very comfortable, but in the living area, they had 1 couch that can sit 3 people. We could still sit at stools at the counter, but it seemed a little odd.

Travelling from another country we didn’t have wifi to access the key app so it was difficult to use unless I turned my wifi on which cost another £20 a day. I would have preferred a code to access the building

The Key App and the apartment was very dusty. I could see it had been cleaned from previous tenants but it looked like it hadn’t been used in a while and the apartment needed a freshen up. There was a return air machine in the laundry which was extremely loud.

The secure parking was great, loved the virtual key app, so handy. The apartment was beautiful., great large tv in living room, very well equipped kitchen with a very thoughtful welcome pack with coffee, biscuits crisps etc. Beds were really comfortable with great linen. Location was spot on with easy walking distance to restaurants and shops and seafront

Comfortable beds. Good linen and towels. The door system worked well.

An exact address and postcode would have helped us to find the place. There were no instruction manuals for the appliances (eg washing machine and dishwasher).
