The location, decor, and layout of the apartment was brilliant. Welcome pack was good and everything we needed was there. I was very happy to have a fan in each room.

The kingsize bed was not one but 2 beds joined together. We could feel the middle join of the beds, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Nos falto una mesa baja para comer comodamente. Eramos 5 y habia 4 taburetes. No habia bayeta para limpiar las superficies. El sofa un poco incomodo.

Modern and its location

The apartment was a sauna center Very hot and humid atmosphere inside the apartment , two fans - non useful ( not practical quality) , one side of the apartment is glass wall with poor isolation with mid of the glass by very light curtains, any sun day the apartment will not be suitable to live in . The apartment is unclean , just look under the sofa and the corner of the glass wall ( spider nets ) , and also the head of the shower is calc and rusty . Many defect items were found like the remote for the vacuum above the stove ( they changed it after contact them ) the toaster was 4 sides , two were defect , the table glass was broken and dangerous and ……. etc . No lift the car parking basement that mean you have to carry your luggage through the hard stair . Then the Lift was very very very very slow . Bad communication and feedback from the company of the apartment even after booking.com contact . I need to make late check out they said I have to pay 25 £ and their system charged 300 £ and the deposit was already paid with a charge of 300£ You need to stay at office and keep contact about any problem with the apartment and to enjoy your time at this amazing city .

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to fit all of us comfortably. The kitchen was large and fully equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking and dining together very convenient. The location is also excellent—just a short walk to shops, pharmacies, and restaurants, making it easy to get anything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others, especially those traveling with their families. It’s a great spot for a relaxing and well-organized stay. Thanks, Asya

Location was excellent. The in app key system was a revelation! Made access so easy although one doubt would be if you ran out of battery and couldn't access the app! The apartment was spacious and very clean

Trains right outside were noisy and having to have the windows open (heat) meant we were somewhat disturbed. A note to this effect ought to be contained within the booking details No dining area other than breakfast bar Damage to flooring on balcony. Additional dishwasher tab would have been useful
