The House

Great location right in the historic center, lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. The appartment owner has also a tourist agency so you can easily arrange for a trip or other activity.

Owner was friendly and helpful. Clean and nice apartment, location very close to the main street and old town. Good wifi. Good sofa nad bed, good kitchen. You may leave your baggage for free until they close the bureau.

Shower cabin is very small. FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT SILENCE - At night it's quite loud because there are restaurants kitchens at the same level and by night you might need ear plugs if you are not very tired. Also there is literally an intensive night (but very intresting) life under the balcony on the street - so mind that if you are looking for quiet place.

We enjoyed our stay in The House very much. The apartment has large rooms, was clean, well kept, and convenient to everything. We especially enjoyed the balcony, perched above the many restaurants and bars in the area with the daily rhythm of Catanian life on full display! When it was time to sleep, the balcony doors proved to be an excellent sound barrier. Management office is available just downstairs from apartment if needed.

Luca was an exceptional host. He was easy going and communication was excellent on all levels. The location is very central and close to all neighborhood shops, groceries and restaurants. Well served area with taxis, buses and metro stations within walking distance.

I loved the design and the quality of the service. It was at 2 min walking of the center. The view from the balcony is into a little lovely piazzeta. They left refreshments in the fridge and provided information about local restaurants and tours. I felt very safe staying here. There was even an iron gate doubling the door. Very friendly reception and flexible.

The apartment is located in the heart of Catania, in the historical center, near Via Etnea. It is a typical Sicilian house, very spacious and clean. Our host was very helpful with everything we needed, including the transfer from and to the airport and responded very promptly. We really enjoyed our stay in Sicily!
