Cinzia is so helpful and friendly and went over and above to ensure we had a comfortable stay, including suggestions for restaurants, responding quickly to any questions and even booking us a driver for the airport, at a very reasonable price, when I asked for a phone number of a taxi company. The apartment is comfortable with everything needed for a home away from home. The bed is so comfortable and it’s quiet. Thank you Cinzia we will definitely look you up when we’re back!

Clear instructions given by host day before arrival. Property close to historic centre also commercial area with 2 or 3 supermarkets. Numerous eateries a stone’s throw away. Easy 15 minute walk to train station.

The property might wish to consider a couple of things: 1. A soap tray inside shower cubicle 2. Heating in bathroom as it gets cold in winter.

Our host Sinzia was great. Our apartment was in old building with all modern things what we needed, almost in city center. View from the window and terrace was to beautiful Piazza Vincenco Bellini. All places important to visit in Catania were in max. 3 km from apartment, including beach. In the end our host organized transfer to airport for us.

Amazing location, all the main things are reachable in 10 minutes. Piazza Bellini is amazing, we loved the atmosphere and only few other tourists were there. The cafes on the square offer exquisite granitas! The flat is very clean, and everything is available that you’d probably need at an accommodation! Cinzia is always helpful and ready for your questions. Would 100% recommend!

We stayed here for 7 days and we felt very comfortable. Cinzia was very nice and friendly with us. She made sure we felt good in her apartment. The apartment is situated near bus stations and a number of supermarkets and restaurants. Even if it's situated in a central part we didn't had any problems with the noise. During the night we didn't hear any noise from the outside. The whole apartment was very clean and it had every facility that you would need. We totally recommend this apartment, the price-quality ratio is very good.

There is nothing that we didn't like.

The apartment offers an impressive amount of space and is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, providing convenient access to all nearby attractions. The owner, Cinzia, was exceptionally responsive, promptly addressing all our inquiries. I highly recommend booking with her.

Location is great, walking distance to main square but in a very quiet area - no noise. Apartment is old but very authentic italian and perfectly clean. Has a washing machine which was very convenient. Supermarket close by and alot of great restaurants on the doorstep

Fabulous location and very spacious for two people

The apartment was incredible and exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious and located right in the city center, with charming balconies perfect for spending evenings. During the day, the apartment stays quite cool and has additional air conditioners. There is all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.

There is everything you need! Very spacious, clean and well located. The host Cinzia was very helpful and she was able to let us check in ahead of time.
