The apartment is very central located next to the Massimo Bellini Theatre. Cinzia was a lovely host and always felt available for your disposal. Overall, I had a lovely stay while visiting Catania for a couple of days. 🙂

A great apartment with all the facilities you need in a good location, very central with two nice local friendly bars (not noisy), one on each corner. Other restaurants scross the street though these are not highly recommended. Our host, Cinzia, was very welcoming, and very thorough in all her explanations of how we access the apartment and use the facilities. The area felt safe and was in walking distance of the train, bus and attractions. The bed was comfortable and the double glazing in the bedroom made it quiet for sleeping.

The location of this wonderful apartment is central, very close to great restaurants, next to the Bellini theater and close to central public transport place. Sunrises over beautiful Italian town with it's people and many other visitors.

The apartment is very charming with many historic features in an excellent location. It was easy to walk to the cathedral and city centre with many restaurants on you door step. Several restaurants and cafes are just outside the building on the theatre Bellini square. It was great that the apartment had some air condition because it was still warm in the evenings. The host is very helpful.

Amazing place, very clean and in order, located in a wonderful area of the city centre. The house is beautiful, comfortable, it has everything you need. Cinzia, the house owner is incredibly friendly, caring and understanding. I will definitely come back to casa Polena. Plus, there is an amazing view from the living room window.
