The hostess Marion is very kind with excellent service that she always replied questions and requests immediately. No hesitation to give all support. Besides, the apartment is very clean, large and has everything in it. Also the location is supreme for cologne tram U line 3/4 which is very convenient for business stay if you come for exhibition. This is the best apartment I ever stay in Cologne city.

5th floor apartment is kind of high especially when you have many luggage. The bathroom shower curtain lower edge is little moldy. No extra kitchen paper towel (maybe just forget). Some cooking flat pot coating has been removed, better be retired.

A beautiful holiday apartment suitable for a long stay. Though we are only a couple, it is a nice size for a family of four. Marion was wonderful in communicating with us from booking to departure.

The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. It was extremely clean. There were lovely welcoming touches and the host, Marion was very attentive and personable. The tram stop was very close by and it was easy to travel into the centre. There are supermarkets nearby. We loved staying here!

Nothing - there are 4 flights of stairs but that was not a problem for us. We were able to park right outside, though not at first.

Die Lage war ideal für uns. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Tür und wir hatten nur vier Stationen bis zur Lanxess-Arena. Unsere Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Rechtzeitig haben wir alle Informationen für die Anreise bekommen. Nach dem Bezug der Ferienwohnung wurde unkompliziert und freundlich nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und wir eventuell noch Wünsche haben. Zu beachten ist, dass die Wohnung in der obersten Etage ist und man für die Treppen gut zu Fuß sein muß. Die Parkplatzsuche ist etwas tricky. Wir haben unseren Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür bis zur Abreise nicht mehr aufgegeben und sind nur noch Straßenbahn gefahren ;-)

It was a lovely place to stay, a home from home. It had everything we needed and didn’t know we needed, like the mini bar with food and drink at very reasonable prices. It was very clean and furnished to a high standard. It’s very close to a tram stop and the S-Bahn station. Marion was very helpful, and the information was very clear.

Very clean! Every possible thing you may need for self-catering was thought of and there for you to use. Especially loved all the tourism leaflets - we were then able to find out about the Koln card and the Cathedral.

There is no lift and a lot of stairs! We certainly got our steps in! The area takes a little acclimatising to but once you research the quarter you are in, it’s fine.

El apartamento estaba muy bien amueblado y con mucho detalle. La cercanía de transporte público para visitar Colonia estaba fenomenal, a 100 metros estaba la línea 3.

El subir las escaleras hasta el cuarto piso aunque ya sabíamos que no tenía ascensor. Al aparcar en la calle a veces costaba encontrar una plaza de aparcamiento.

The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, so you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of dishes and cutlery available. There’s a TV in every room. The living room also offers books, DVDs, and a hi-fi system. Parking near the apartment was no problem. Within walking distance, there’s a supermarket, restaurants, fast food options, and a tram stop – the ride to the city center takes only 10 minutes. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. We really enjoyed our stay in Cologne and highly recommend it to everyone.
