MoonLight - Behaglich & Gemütlich im Herzen der Stadt -

Eine sehr gute Lage mit vielen schönen Restaurants und Cafés mit ganz viel Flair. Schöner Park in der Nähe und eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Hilfsbereite und sehr sehr nette Gastgeber. Wohnung sauber und gemütlich. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Betten sind total durch, gehören ausgetauscht.

War schon sauber, mit personal alles ohne Probleme anreise und abreise

1. Der Haartrockner im Badezimmer war defekt und hätte möglicherweise ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellen können. Wir empfehlen, diesen entweder zu reparieren oder zu entfernen. 2. Einige Hygieneartikel im Badezimmer, wie Lufterfrischer und Desinfektionsmittel, waren entweder leer oder stark verdünnt und daher unbrauchbar. 3. Die Küchendecke war mit Spinnweben bedeckt, was auf eine unzureichende Reinigung vor unserer Ankunft hindeutet. 4. In dem Schrank unter dem Fernseher fanden wir eine schmutzige Herrenunterhose, offensichtlich ein Überbleibsel eines früheren Gastes, das bei der Reinigung übersehen wurde. 5. Die Klappbetten waren sehr unbequem, wackelig und quietschten stark. Sie waren für einen erholsamen Schlaf leider nicht geeignet. 6. Die Fenster, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer, waren auf beiden Seiten sehr schmutzig, was das Gesamtbild der Unterkunft negativ beeinflusste.

The location was perfectly suitable for a family visit especially with kids. The tram stop was nearby. All facilities and shops were nearby.Thr apartment itself has all the necessary things.

1. For arrival I didn't get contacted by the organiser to provide me the address. That time was really unpleasant. I got so stressed and thought I might get scammed. I spent hours far from my home with my kids looking for the solution. 2. The bed requirements according to the members were not good and up to the mark. For kids there was a double bed. Actually a low standard folding bed. Which was broken on the second day while sleeping. I contacted the owner. And he sent anyone to repair it. At least that was the act of kindness .

Nothing

Not a pampering place at all. Uncomfortable, creaky beds, I have never encountered such disrespect for guests. The staff does not communicate on WhatsApp, only on a German phone. The location is next to a restaurant and on a noisy main road. Access to public transportation is very convenient. This is not a place for vacation, I came back with back and neck pain due to the terrible sleep

Well located near the metro/tram and nice shops and cafes nearby. Check in and out easy.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was not enough beds for the 4 guest, we had to use the "sofa bed" on the living room. Should not be described as a room for 4-5. The contact with the accommodation was very disappointing, they were not helpful and I felt they were making fun of us by the disrespectful/ironic answers. I felt this room was a waste of money because I could have selected other rooms with similar conditions for less. I chose this because I thought my family of 4 would feel comfortable in it and that was really not the case. This was the worst room I ever booked with booking which also makes me disappointed with the platform.
